Ken Thompson has been working on the development of an
Axiomatic-General Systems Behavioral Theory that will provide the means
to create analytic software to assist in obtaining individually-predictive
outcomes of Intentional Systems.
There have been two main areas of application for this theory that have
prompted his continuing efforts--educational systems and terrorist
network systems. His concern for education comes as a result of his
lifetime dedication to assisting students obtain exceptional performance
in the skills and academic studies of their choice. His concern for
predicting terrorist threats and targets comes as a result of his
recognition that this theory is uniquely applicable to determining such
predictive outcomes.
